Over on son Taylor’s FB page, there was a discussion about whether or not it was right for Taylor to state plainly that Mr. Kirk died a martyr for the Christian faith. The usual objections were made: Mr. Kirk was a Christian but died because of his political views which may or may not have been Christian… The observation was made that his interlocutors’ friends and relatives stand for Democratic policies they are just as convinced flow from their faith in Jesus Christ as Mr. Kirk’s conservative commitments.
This has been a talking point of liberal Christians for decades, now:
Don’t mix politics with religion. I’ll let you have your conservative politics and call you an (ignorant) Christian if you’ll let me and my friends have our liberal politics and call us Christians, also.
This trap sucks a lot of credulous souls among our brothers in Christ into the retreat of moral equivalence. Vulnerable to accusations by friends and relatives that their commitment to God’s Moral Law is just a political (and thus partisan) position, they pull in their horns and learn never to speak of God’s perfections, God’s Word, God’s Son Jesus Christ, God’s Moral Law, and God’s Final Judgement. At least not in public.
Such brothers must realize Christians can never testify to our submission to God’s Moral Law without being gagged by reprobates who refuse to submit to God or obey His commandments. We must stop hoping for their approval. What is a Christian confession of faith will always be what they condemn as partisan politics, and this is necessarily so since their own partisan politics are sodomy, lesbianism, and the slaughter of the unborn and elderly.
These rank rebellions against God are the fundamental commitments of Democrats. Make no mistake about that.
There can be no moral equivalence between the godless and the Godly. One is one and the other is other.
This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God. (John 3:19-21)
Be salty. Shine your light. Hold your ground and expose their evil, always starting with their genocide of baby slaughter, then moving to their starving the elderly and dying. Beginning any defense against their attack with their insane commitment to these pagan horrors, stick with them. Don’t allow those who hate God’s Fatherhood and Moral Law to shake you off their baby genocide. They’ll want to yap at you about things like recycling, single-use plastic bags, sustainable energy, vaccines, US Aid, and all manner of other things—anything but their bloodlust—but don’t take their bait. Refuse to allow them to move you off your godly ground exposing their central and many decade political plank of genocide.
But if they force you to move on, turn to sodomy and require them to admit they and their friends and relatives oppose God’s fire and brimstone rained upon Sodom and Gomorrah…

Yes, there are many policy issues that Christian Republicans can be on the side of the Democrats concerning, just as there are incredibly more policy issues that Christian Democrats (did I just actually type those words?) can be on the side of Republicans concerning.
Nevertheless, there is not the slightest hint of moral equivalence between the morality and party platforms of Democrats and Republicans.
Democrats are Demoncrats, fundamentally committed to the most awful abominations known to man. These things are their identity. Their party platform. Their religion.
Republicans are sinners, that is true. But Democrats have no commitment deeper and more long standing than the slaughter of the innocents, euthanasia, sodomy, and lesbianism.
Charlie Kirk is a martyr for Christ—not for President Trump or the Republican Party. Watch him. Listen to him. It’s undeniable.
A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above his master. It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, and the slave like his master. If they have called the head of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign the members of his household!
