Any feeling of superiority to Germans and their Third Reich is without basis here in America, as it is also over in Britain. The numbers of our murders through abortion today are in the hundreds of millions, and ever increasing.
Reading Arendt’s Origins of Totalitarianism recently, her precise chronicling of the growth of evil which takes over people groups, races, and nations—metastasizing into totalitarianism, is ever more current. Buy and read her book. She is the one who, chronicling the genocide of the Third Reich, first spoke of “the banality of evil.”
The following letter was sent me today by my friend and brother in Christ, David Skinner. Mr. Skinner is indefatigable in his Christian witness for true justice and mercy over in Britain. Normally his communications are in defense of other Christians who witness to their faith publicly, and thus are persecuted by Britain’s law enforcement bullies and kangaroo magistrates.
Today, sadly I read it now is Mr. Skinner himself they are coming after.
Read his letter and think carefully about what you may pray and do in support of this brother. Every younger Christian man who knows he lacks manliness in his Christian character should study this man and his work. He is worth a thousand of the usual conservative Christian influencers who sell themselves as manly and politically astute prognosticators.
May our Lord protect Mr. and Mrs. Skinner.

Dear Friends,

I am to answer a charge of causing offence to Inspector Fern Graham and Yvonne Fenwick, the Governance Communication officer for David Sidwick the Dorset Police Commissioner and breaching Section 127 of the Electronic Communications Act 2003 which states:
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if he—
(a) sends by means of a public electronic communications network a message or other matter that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character;
(3) A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable, on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or to both. [Level 5 on the standard scale was changed in 2015 to mean unlimited fines.]
I have to take a suitcase containing clothing, toiletries, stationary and other essential items in case I am sentenced to prison.
And what was my offence?
On the 28th April 2023 I addressed the following email to the Dorset Police:

I wish to draw your attention to issues surrounding the BPAS abortion clinic in Ophir Rd. Bournemouth and perhaps the possibility of a meeting with you sometime in the future to discuss our concerns

BPAS OPHIR ROAD.ABORTION CLINIC BOURNEMOUTH
Dear Sir/Madam,
Brutal killings are taking place in Bournemouth, on a daily basis in the Ophir Road BPAS (British Pregnancy Advisory Service) and will continue unless the police investigate this atrocity.
According to the Care Quality Commission which inspected Ophir Road in June 2022 and which gave a damning report, it has killed thousands of healthy babies over decades. In the 12 months alone from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, BPAS completed 8,527 killings. On any reckoning that is mass murder.
Underneath were photographs of the remains of aborted babies and then a long description of both the developmental stages of the child in the womb and the process of killing the child. I finished by writing:
‘These are not unwanted tissue, clusters of cancerous cells, or parasitic growths, belonging to the woman’s body. They are the fruit of her becoming one flesh with a man. They are babies.
In the same way that the Nazis made soap, lampshades and other products from Jews in the concentration camps, so the harvesting of the organs and the tissue of aborted babies are used for making vaccines and other products including flavouring in food and drink.
How long will these atrocities continue? I am yours sincerely.

I had intended for the police to investigate the Bournemouth BPAS abortion clinic accompanied by a pathologist in order to identify the ‘products of abortion’ and with a coroner to ascertain the cause of death.
Pictures are worth a thousand words and have been used since the abolition of the slave trade to move public opinion. They have been shown every January in memory of the holocaust so that such a crime against humanity will never happen again.
In 1955, the mother of the 14 year-old murdered black boy, Emmett Till, wanted his battered and disfigured face and body to be exposed to the public so that change might take place with regard to giving Black people equality under the American Constitution.
My motive for sending the email to the police was because I want a change in the law, i.e. to abolish the Abortion Act 1967, which allows surgical abortion up to 24 weeks and only up to birth and even after, if a child has a defect, such as a cleft pallet or Downes. However it is not just the babies who suffer, but the mothers also who can be physically harmed by abortion and even die and because many of them suffer depression and post abortion trauma syndrome to the extent that some of them commit suicide.
On the other hand the government want to change the law and remove all restrictions to killing an unborn child by abolishing not only the Abortion Act 1967 in its entirety but also ‘The Offences Against the Person Act’ (1861) section 58 and the ‘Infant Life (Preservation) Act 1929’ which defend the lives of all unborn babies.
I had addressed the email to David Sidwick, not to Yvonne Fenwick the Governance and Communications officer who opened my email but never allowed him to see it. Almost a year later, on 29th January 2024, I happened to meet Dorset Police Commissioner, David Sidwick, outside Wimborne Minster after we had both attended a holocaust memorial-day service. I showed show him a hard copy of my email, which Yvone Fenwick had kept from him. He agreed that my motif for sending the email with the pictures was because I wanted a change in the law and not because of any malicious intent towards either Inspector Fern Graham or Yvonne Fenwick, whom I have never met in my life.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPSP) is demanding that my lawyer Michael Phillips allows her to appear in court via a video link because she is frightened! Moreover they are attempting to gag key witness evidence about child development in the womb, from an eminent gynaecologist.
It appears that old, white, male, Christians like myself are a threat to her and the nation
My main fear is for my wife who is 82 and has numerous medical conditions – I also. We are in the middle of negotiations for selling our house in order to move into a bungalow for health reasons. My worry is that the court might attempt to force us to sell our house in order to pay court costs we could never pay.
We can no longer trust the police who ceased to represent the people long ago
In 2009, when the Labour party were in power, the Christian Institute reported how a Christian pensioner, Mrs Pauline Howe was verbally abused at a gay pride parade but when she complained to her local council, the police investigated her for ‘homophobic hatred’.
This is reminiscent of Germany in 1930s when on the 10th March 1933, Dr. Michael Siegel, an established and respected Jewish lawyer in the city of Munich, Bavaria, got a call from a client and a friend of his: a fellow Jew and owner of a local department store, Max Uhlfelder, who had been suddenly and unlawfully arrested, and sent to one of the first concentration camps: Dachau.
Michael immediately went to lodge a complaint to the police. The result was that he was ambushed by the SA, or Brownshirt, whose leader was the vicious homosexual Ernst Röhm. They immediately began beating him, bursting his ear drum, smashing out some of his teeth. They then marched him bare foot, minus his trousers, through the streets of Munich in his tattered clothes, with a sign around his neck saying “I will never complain to the police again.”
Please pray for the protection of my dear wife; for Christians in Britain who appear to be on the brink of being openly persecuted. And pray that justice and righteousness will reign in our courts and of course that I shall be vindicated.
