My Soul Among Lions: Psalms recorded for worship
What the church needs today is Psalms redone in our common tongue. Common words. Common instruments. Common beat. Not priggish, but masculine in a straightforward way. Like David composing and singing as he watches over his flock. The day after he killed the bear, grabbing the little lamb from the bear’s mouth.
This is the work My Soul Among Lions has been doing for several years. Get on it! Our children enthusiastically join us singing MSAL Psalms at home and in corporate worship.
So should you.
Here’s MSAL’s latest music video. Please support the work.
